Shipping policy

Deliveries within South Africa:

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days.  If you live in a rural area, delivery lead-time will be 10-14 days, depending on when the courier services your area.  Please note, delivery will only take place once your entire order is ready. 

Please check the lead-times for your items.  

• Backordered items carry a lead time of of up to 6 weeks.  
• Beltza Lingerie items are made to order and have a 3 week lead time.  
• Custom items need to be discussed directly with us.
  

In general, orders will be couriered directly to your door.  We reserve the right to choose the service level used and this can change from time to time without notice.

For deliveries to your door, shipping is a flat rate of R100 throughout South Africa, using The Courier Guy, up to 3kgs.  If your order exceeds 3kgs, we will arrange a separate shipping fee.  We also use PUDO for deliveries to your nearest PUDO locker at a fee of R79.

Email subscribers qualify for free shipping on orders over R300, non subscribers qualify for free shipping on orders over R1000. 

International deliveries:

We use FedEx for all international deliveries.  Delivery can take between 10 and 20 days depending on your location and the regularity of flights out of South Africa.  Please note the delivery time line is over and above the time it takes to make your items, please take both into consideration when ordering.

All customs and excise or import duties are the responsibility of you, the customer.  Beltza Lingerie isn't liable to cover additional delivery fees upon arrival in your country.
